Every entrant receives a Participation Certificate, and our judges send written feedback to as many entrants as possible. In most artforms, the judges award the following prizes:

Special award-giving ceremonies are often organised by prison governors to congratulate the entrants. Koestler staff and trustees attend these whenever possible.
