Poetry

The Koestler Awards usually attract more poems than any other artforms, apart from oil and acrylic paintings.

In October 2007, during the week of National Poetry Day, we held our first ever poetry reading at the Koestler Arts Centre.  Two of our poetry judges - Louisa Hooper and Anna Robinson - read and discussed some of their favourites from the 2007 entries.  Louisa and Anna are both published poets linked to The Poetry School.

We hope to make the reading an annual event.
